Planning to entertain for the holidays? Join Parties That Cook in our North Beach kitchen for a hands-on cooking class that will empower you to create an incredible holiday party featuring delicious appetizers from around the globe. We’ll start by making some delicious Crostini of Roquefort with Shallot-Cranberry Confit – colorful and seasonal! You’ll learn to prepare some of our most popular recipes including juicy Albondigas – Spanish Meatballs with Melted Manchego Centers, exotic Pomegranate Molasses Lamb Skewers with Mint Salsa – there are lots of holiday colors in all of these recipes and we’ll show you how to present them on platters like a food-styling pro! Your guests will clamor for more when you re-create the Crab Pot Stickers with Sesame-Ginger Dipping Sauce – it is a winner. Of course you’ll round out this fabulous spread of holiday appetizers on a sweet note. We know the party is always in the kitchen, so bring a bottle of wine and a friend and come learn some new recipes and have fun! What's on the Menu: Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail Crostini of Roquefort with Shallot-Cranberry Confit “Albondigas” Little Meatballs with Melted Manchego Centers  Baby Sweet Potato Galettes with Bacon & Sour Cream Pomegranate Molasses Brushed Lamb Skewers with Mint Salsa Crab Pot Stickers with Sesame-Ginger Dipping Sauce Mexican Chocolate Chipotle Sandwich Cookies with Salted Caramel Centers   FAQ’S and Chef’s Notes: Students will receive electronic copies of all recipes. This is an active, hands-on class so we suggest long pants and comfortable, closed-toed/rubber soled shoes. Knives and utensils provided for in-class use. Parking is limited in the North Beach area.  Please provide for extra time to find a space.  If space is limited, we recommend the parking lot at Northpoint Centre Shopping Center, at 350 Bay St, San Francisco, CA 94133. No one under 21 years old will be admitted. Due to time constraints, not all participants will make all menu items and recipes. We cook with the best seasonal ingredients. Farmers are at the hands of Mother Nature and so are we. Therefore, menu ingredients are subject to change should the need arise. Any food allergies or restrictions? Please ensure that you fill out the dietary restrictions portion during your ticket purchase so we are alerted to your needs and are able to plan accordingly. Cancellation Policy: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may transfer to another class of equal or lesser value 7 days or more prior to the class.
